こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市江南区にある、patisserie remplir(パティスリーランプリール）と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店はケーキ屋さんです。カフェも併設されています。
洋菓子がメインで、ケーキ以外にも焼菓子などもあります。
今回はカフェを利用しました。
注文したのは純生プリン・桃のショートケーキで、ドリンクはアイスカフェオレにしました。
純生プリンはたっぷりの生クリームが入っているプリンでした。甘さ控え目で濃厚な味で美味しかったです。
桃のショートケーキは桃がメインで、小さ目のケーキです。生クリーム、スポンジが層になっていて、生クリームが沢山使われていました。生クリームは美味しかったのですが、桃はちょっと固くて甘さがイマイチといういんしょうでした。また、スポンジはちょっとしっとり感が足りないかなと思いました。
印象としてケーキが小さくて高いかなと思いました。
