以前、新潟に来た時に、地元の方にこちらのお店へ連れてきてもらいました。
小嶋屋というお店で、チェーン店なのかな？
サガミみたいな感じのお店です。
今回は亀田インター店。
前回来たときに、新潟名物であるへぎそばとタレカツ丼のセットを食べましたが、同僚にそれを紹介。
私もまた、それにしてしまいました。
へぎそばは海藻入りの蕎麦で、一束づつ束ねられて盛られているのが特徴。
タレカツ丼は、薄いカツに、甘辛いタレがかかっている。ご飯につゆだく気味でかけられており、めっちゃご飯がすすむ味です。
また、今回も新潟名物品を食べられて満足しました。
