新潟出張だったこの日。お昼に新潟名物のへぎそばを食べようということで、へぎそばで有名なこちらのお店を訪れました。
数あるへぎそばメニューの中から、へぎそばと同じく新潟名物らしいタレカツ丼も食べたほうが良いということで、へぎそば１人前とタレカツ重のセットを注文しました。
しばらくして運ばれてきたへぎそばとタレカツ重のセット。早速、そばつゆに胡麻やネギなどを入れてから、へぎそばのほうからいただいてみると、蕎麦に海藻を練り込んであるという蕎麦は、不思議な味わいですが、喉ごしが良くて、とても美味しい蕎麦でした！そして、タレカツ重のほうは、大ぶりなヒレカツが３枚ものっていて、これもちょうど良い案配の甘辛ダレがヒレカツとマッチして肉も軟らかくて、とても美味しかったです！このセットは、かなりお得感を感じました！
新潟名物を十分に満喫できて仕事への活力がみなぎるのでした！また機会があれば再訪したいと思います！
