学校町にある老舗食堂。
先日、留美園に行く途中で見掛けたお店。
気になって早速伺ってみました。
丸屋そば屋は新潟市内に3店舗あります。
（坂内小路（東堀）、白山浦、そしてこちら）
何れも昔からある老舗という感じで、今となっては経営的な繋がりがあるとは思えません。
平日の13過ぎ、店内に先客はいません。
お店は年配のご夫婦が切り盛りされています。
定食、そば・うどん、ラーメンに丼物とメニューが多いです。
意外にもハンバーグやオムライスにが人気のようです。
迷いながらもカツ丼をお願いしました。
【カツ丼 760円】
注文から10分ほどで提供されました。
蓋の無い丸いお重。
卵が半熟でフワトロです。
味が濃過ぎず良い塩梅。
カツはどこの部位でしょう？
ロースでは無いような…新潟らしい卵とじカツ丼。
カツよりも卵が主役ですかね。
改めてメニューを拝見しますと…
卵丼 700円
カツ丼 760円
その差は僅か60円。
他のメニューも試してみたい♪
