JR白山駅前にある丸屋さん。
坂内小路店の支店とあります。（坂内小路が本店のようです）
そしてこちらは白山店ではなく正確には白山浦店？
初めてお邪魔しました。
店内はカウンター席が3席、小上がりの座卓席が4～5席。
平日の昼時、店内には自分と同じような中年男性のサラリーマンが数組。
駐車場がありませんので、きっと近所でお勤めの方々なのだと思われます。
先客のご注文は「日替り550円」や「カツ丼＋たぬきうどん700円」など。
カツ丼はタレカツでは無く卵とじ。（事前に確認済み）
メニューにはありませんが、カツ丼は単品でも注文できるようです。
そちらをお願いします。

注文を受けてからカツを揚げられています。
10分程度で提供されました。
サラダ油で揚げられた衣厚めのカツ。
5㎜程度のロースを使われています。
玉ネギの煮込みは浅めですが、カツは汁にしっかり浸かっています。
卵は少な目でウェルダンぎみ。
つゆは濃くはなく、じんわり甘め。
所謂、食堂の正しいカツ丼。
柔らかめに炊かれたご飯の密度が高め。
見た目よりもボリュームあります。
提供時に戸惑ったのが納豆の小鉢。
カツ丼に納豆…難題を突き付けられたような感じ。
恐らく今日の共通の小鉢なのかと思われます。
ごめんなさい、カツ丼に納豆は…。
サービス精神溢れる安価な町の定食屋さん。
（同じ丸屋さんでも店舗によって異なります）
残すは西区真砂の丸屋さんのみ。
何れお邪魔してみたいと思います。
