この日はこちらのお店を訪問してみることにしました。新潟駅構内のビルの一画にあって、アクセスもいいんですよね♪ 新潟の郷土料理を食べられるお店なんだそうです。
食事というより飲みたい気分だったので、一品から注文することに。
◼️タレカツビールセット 越後ビールIPA（1,100円）
◼️栃尾の油揚げハーフ（390円）
タレカツはご飯ももちろんですが、ビールにも相性が抜群です( ＾∀＾) 揚げたてでしょうか、サクサク食感で熱々で美味しいです。越後ビールは苦味がややしつこく喉奥に残ります。。
先日も食べた栃尾の油揚げもいただきます。ネギにかつお節がたっぷりオンされているのが嬉しいですね。辛味のある味噌も添えられていました。噛むとジュワッと油が染み出してきます♪
ドリンクが空いたので日本酒をいただきます。
◼️松乃井 特別本醸造（660円）
十日町市のお酒なんだそうです♪ 初めていただきます。そこまで強い香りはなかったですが、喉ごしのいいスッと飲めるお味でした。飲み使いもできますが、どちらかというと食事メニューが充実してますね。
