ツルッと喉越しの良いお蕎麦とさっぱりいただける坦々スープ。
意外な組み合わせですがなかなか合う！ネギも良いアクセントです。
ただ、あまり辛くなかったので卓上の一味唐辛子を加えて食べました。

つけ汁温かく、は舞茸と豚肉がたっぷり。
そして結構辛いです！美味しくて進みます！！
お蕎麦は1.5倍の量なのでお腹いっぱいになりました。
さすが名物なだけあって美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
