こちら方面で約束があり、当サイトの「保存済み」からセレクトして入店しました。
若干遅めのお昼時、店の前の駐車場には空きがあり、広めの店内もゆったり。（後から満杯になりましたが）当初はカツ丼にしようかとも思ったのですが、壁に貼られたメニューを見て、手書きで書かれた「白モツ定食」を注文しました。
運ばれてきたお盆の上には、副菜の小鉢二皿に漬物も加わりボリューミィ。ねぎのかかった白モツ、ご飯、副菜を交互に食べ進めました。
硬めで弾力のある白モツは、醤油ベースにちょっと爽やかな感じの甘みがプラスされた味付け。これがなかなかに美味く、箸が進む。当初は八角か？とも思ったのですが、ウイキョウ（フェンネル）かな？
会計時に訊いてみたのですが、「自家製です」とはぐらかされてしまいました。
