お昼過ぎ、午後1時半近くに訪問。先客はグループが2組、個人が2人。常連さん達のようです。テレビの前にいるおじさんはとっくに食べ終わってるけど、新聞を読むのに夢中の感じ。もう閉店時間近いので、ゆったりした店内です。
以前来た時はラーメンをいただいたので今日は「カツカレー」にしましょう。デカ盛りで有名なココのカレーですが、食べきれるかなー、と弱気になって注文できませんでした。いやもういい歳なんだから、そんなアホみたいに食えないよ。
10分程で到着。普通盛りでもこの迫力ですわ。カツなんか2枚重ねだもん、すごいね。ルーの量も多い。よくあるカレー大盛りだと、ご飯は大盛りなのにルーが少なくてバランス悪いんだけど、こちらは太っ腹です。いや大盛りじゃないんだけど。
カレーは極普通のカレーで、特に辛いとかでも無く普通に安心して食べられる美味しいカレーです。もったりしたルーがご飯に乗って喉越しもいいです。飲み物だから。
新聞読んでたおじさんが帰りました。
デッカいお皿。このおじさん大盛りカレー食ってたんだ！すごいな、おじさんってかおじいさんに近い歳だったのに。ムムム、いい歳とか思って逃げちゃダメだな。グルメとはグルマンたるべし、次は大盛りで。
