新潟県新潟市中央区南出来島。
いわずと知れたステーキ宮。
月曜日～金曜日は日替わりランチが有ります。
12時前でしたが、アンガスカットステーキが付く日替わりランチは品切れとのこと。
もう一種類の日替わりランチ(890円＋税)をいただきました。
この日は金曜日で、ハンバーグ＋チキングリル＋紀州産梅入りささみフライでした。
ライスorパンとスープバーがセットですが、ライスにしました。
スープバーはクラムチャウダー、コーンクリームスープ、カレースープ等が有りました。
一杯目はクラムチャウダーを。クラムチャウダー好きなんです。
写真は撮りそびれたが、二杯目はカレースープをいただきました。
ソースは基本は宮のタレですが、スープバーのところにソースが有って好きなのを選べます。
和風とデミグラスを選びました。
ライスも置いてあり、おかわり自由です。
熱せられた鉄板に載りハンバーグなどが運ばれてきます。店員さんが宮のタレをかけるとジュワーっと良い音と湯気が発生。
ささみフライは、ちょっと微妙。食感と梅の味が今一つで。
熱々のハンバーグはジューシーで美味い。
チキンステーキも美味しい。
途中から和風ソースやデミグラスソースで味を変えながらいただいたが、やはり宮のタレが最高。
