「アガト」さんから始めましょう。
日本バーテンダー協会の皆様がお揃いのジャケットを着て、ずらりと並ぶカウンター。
なんとか１席空きがありました。
ギムレットをお願いします。
次々にお客さんがやってくる「アガト」さん。
オーナーバーテンダーの高山さんを訪ねて全国各地から。
かなりお断りしているようですね。
全国大会のあるところで毎年のことです。
昨年は金沢の「スプーン」が大変なことになっていました。
今年の課題のカクテルでお願いします。
