牛タンが最初に出てくるところは○。
味が影響を受けるようなことは避けてほしいというこだわりか？
とにかく早い時間帯だったということもありましたが、料理もすぐに出てきました。
上カルビはワンダフル！
炎で包んで、舌の上に乗せると、とろけます・・・。
久々に素晴らしいカルビに出会いました。
テールスープ。
ビックリするくらいでっかいテールが入っています。
ぷりっぷりのテールを戴き、薄めの味付けのスープを楽しみます。
周辺数軒の焼肉店に通いましたが、しばらくはここに通いそうです。
