とんかつ屋さんです。
席はカウンター、テーブル、小上がり。
ランチメニューは色々有りますね。
数量限定の昼膳は、品数が多くてドリンクも付くのでお得な感じです。
新潟では珍しい味噌かつなんかも有ります。
海老ひれかつランチ(1100円)をいただきました。
ひれかつ二枚と海老フライ一尾、サラダ、御飯、味噌汁、漬物のセット。
味噌汁はお代わりサービス。
御飯は大・中・小から選べますが、中にしました。
料理が提供される前に擂り鉢と胡麻が用意されます。
胡麻を擂りながら待ちます。
それほど待たずに提供。
かつやフライの衣は粗めのパン粉で、ザクっとしていますが硬くは有りません。
ひれかつは柔らかくてパサつきはなく、丁度良く揚がり具合。
海老はそれほど大きくは無いけど味は良い。
お米がまた美味しいです。
