丼物だから丼に入っているのは当たり前だけれど、その丼についているはずのふたを外したまま出てくる丼料理はなんだか味気ないように思います。
あのふたで丼の中の料理を蒸して、食べるときにちょうどいい感じになるのがプロの丼料理、とまでは言わないけれど、せっかくの丼にふたがついていないと一段テンションが落ちます。
ここは、ふた付でした。カツ丼（税込み６５０円）を頼んだら、カツに押し上げられるように少し浮いた状態でふたが載っていました。これです、このビジュアルがうれしい。そして玉子はふわふわ。出汁と一緒にカツの衣に染みこんでいます。
建物はかなり年代もので、入るかどうかちょっと逡巡しましたが、料理は家庭で食べる温かな真心がこもった料理でした。
