想像していた店構えとは違っていましたが、お客さんもたくさんいて、このお店は間違いないなと確信しました。ホントに連れてきてくれてありがとうございます…深謝。
メニューの中から極上熟成ロースかつ定食を注文。ごはんは白米か炊き込みご飯、味噌汁は豚汁かとろろ昆布汁を選択するシステムです。おかわりすれば両方とも食べることができるけど、新潟コシヒカリの白米、とろろ昆布汁をお願いしました。
ロースカツ…はい優勝です。ソース、塩、すりゴマのソースと３種楽しめました。衣も丁度良い感じ。キャベツには雪下にんじんのドレッシング、ぶどうジュース、ゼリーとデザートまで付いたフルコースです。
本当に美味しかった。ご馳走様でした。
再訪する場合にはMAX腹ペコでご飯おかわりをする覚悟で望んでみたいと思います。
