前から来たかったお店。かつ一さんへ。新潟といえばタレカツのイメージがつよいけど、そんな中でいわゆる普通の豚カツ、しかもとても美味しいのを食べられると聞いて行ってみた！新潟で仕事してた時は行かなかったのに、転勤してから行くというのもまたおもしろいもの。
13時過ぎに到着、5番目。20分くらい並んで通される。
定番のロースカツをチョイス。
自分で胡麻を擦ってソースをかけるスタイル。胡麻を擦ってるといい香りがしてこれも食欲をそそる。
ソースも良かったが、やっぱり塩で食べるのがオススメ。
肉の甘みが広がり美味しい。あっという間に完食。豚汁やご飯、キャベツ全ておかわり自由なのでたくさん食べる人も良いかも。
人参ドレッシングもとても美味しくて、全体としてかなり満足しました！
