お通しのマカロニサラダが美味しくてこれは期待できます。
枝豆は680円、一瞬高いなと思いつつ食べたら納得。
新潟では枝豆も立派な料理です。茹で加減も良くて本当に美味しい。
枝豆にうるさい新潟市民を納得させるにはこのクオリティが必要なんですね！
本鮪刺身はイマイチでしたが、焼き物は素晴らしかったですね。ノドグロは2500円の大きさのもの。塩鯖は絶品でした。
