新潟県新潟市中央区古町通三番町。
一番人気の古町スペシャルバーガーのスモール(税込830円)をいただきました。
テイクアウトとイートインが出来ますがイートインで。
日曜日12時前、満席ではないが混んでいました。
「注文が立て込んでいてかなり時間がかかるかも」との事ですが待ってみた。
次々とお客様が来訪。
人気店ですね。
席はカウンターとテーブル。
店内はパティ(ハンバーグ)を焼く煙でモクモクと煙たいです。
電話でのオーダーも多かったようで80分待ち、ようやく提供…ハンバーガーだから長くても30分くらいかとなと、たかをくくっていたが甘かった。
休みの日は早めの時間が狙い目かな。
「上から潰してお召し上がり下さい」とのこと。
パティは火傷しそうなくらい熱々で、しっかりめに火が入っています。
パティの他にベーコン、レタス、トマト、オニオンがサンド。
スモールでも一般的なハンバーガーくらいのサイズ感で食べ応えが有ります。
美味しいけど混雑時は避けた方が良いです。
