2020/12/16 時刻は13時半。今日はお休みです。以前から気になっていたお店のランチに行ってみます。何故なら夜は高いから・・・(T▽T)
駅前の30分無料のパーキングに車を停めて早速行きましょう・・・という訳で、本日は中央区の新潟駅前東エリアにある『Ajiの極』(アジノキワミ)さんに初めてお邪魔しました。
先客は無し。店内は4人がけのテーブル席が7卓です。
入口で履き物を脱ぎ、私たちは角のテーブル席に座りメニューを見ます。ランチメニューは壁にも貼ってありますが、基本タブレットメニューでそのまま注文パターンですね。最初『カルビ丼』にしようと思っていたのですが、タブレットには『村上牛カルビ丼』なるものが載っています。お値段は若干お高めですが、折角来ておいてここはケチるところではないでしょう。連れは『タン丼』にしたようです。
ピッチャーは無いのでお冷やのお代わりは店員さんに言わないといけませんね。
おしぼりは紙おしぼりで、卓上にあります。
カウンターセットは辛口たれ、塩、爪楊枝、ベルです。あれ？辛口たれしかないのかな？と思いましたが、テーブルの逆サイドにもう1つたれが・・・多分こちらが甘口のたれなのでしょう。
10分強で着丼。
丼、味噌汁、サラダがセットになっています。
『村上牛カルビ丼』はご飯の上に刻んだ海苔が敷いてあり、その上にお肉が6切れのっています。
いつものようにまずは味噌汁をひとくち飲んだら早速頂いてみましょう・・・『美味い！』カルビはタレで味が付いているのですが、タレは甘過ぎず、醤油の香りが前面に出ています。その為香ばしく仕上がっていて海苔との相性が抜群！
そしてなんといってもA5ランクの“村上牛”。美味しくない訳がありません。
がしかし、同時にこうも思います。『これってまだ村上牛本来の旨さ100%出し切ってなくね？』そりゃそうです。このリーズナブルなお値段ですから・・・確かに美味しいタレなのですが、肉本来の味を堪能するには塩で食べてみたい・・・いや、むしろ何もつけずに一口・・・そして、もっと大きくて厚切りのお肉が食べたい！そう思わずにはいられません。あれ？これってまんまとお店の手のひらの上で踊らされている？・・・(￣▽￣;)
とても美味しい昼食でしたが量は全く足りません（あくまでも私個人の感想です・・・）
叶うなら丼一杯のご飯（500gくらい）の上にこの『村上牛カルビ丼』をのっけて、“村上牛カルビ丼”丼にしたいくらいです。
でもきっと、こういういいお店は美味しいものをチョコッと楽しむ富裕層の来るお店で、腹ペコキッズが来るところではないのかもしれません。いや、私キッズではないんですけどね・・・(;^_^A
本日も完食完飲。ごちそうさまでした。
