月１新潟仕事でのランチ。
本日は午後入りなのでランチを１人コチラで。
駅前で高評価なのがポイント。
１１時４５分に入店、口開けのようです。
なかなか狭い入口で靴を脱いで上がるシステム。
１人を告げると左手テーブル席に御案内。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入り口未開放。
テーブルにパーテーションがアリ、通常席配置との差は不明。
持ち込んだ傘はちゃんと外に置いて頂きました。
ランチは基本８種類、タブレットによる注文システムとの事。
午後の仕事と服に着く臭いを考え、村上牛カルビ丼１３００円に。
３分でサラダ、更に５分で丼が配膳。
サラダは葉物中心で普通、カルビは脂の具合が良くタレも適量。
美味しかったです。
店員さんは慣れないのか、慎重で丁寧な言葉遣いは好感が持てました。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
