新潟県新潟市 新潟駅東口からまっすぐに数分のところにある、
AHIの極さんに御邪魔しました。
村上牛の最高等級A5を扱う、良心的な価格の御店です。
ランチで利用しました。
平日の昼間で、サラリーマンを中心に12時のピークは満席状態でした。
13時ごろになるとすいてきました。
入口で靴を脱ぎ、店員さんが靴箱に入れてくれます。
段差があり靴を抜いて上がり、
4人テーブルが７つあります。テーブルは掘りごたつ式で足が入れられるテーブルです。
昔はタッチパネル式での注文だったようですが、
今回はメニュー表をみて店員さんに伝えるタイプです。
御会計は中央の奥の厨房で食べ終わった後に払います。
くつも店員さんが出してくれます。
玄関がとてもせまいので、そうした取り組みのようです。
テーブルにつくと、村上牛A5の認証プレートがおいてあります。
新潟和牛の中で、特に等級の良いもの、サシが優れたものを選び、
村上市と関川村の中で、A4以上のランクのものを村上牛と呼ぶそうです。
ランチメニューは11時30分から15時で
村上牛ハンバーグセット・・1300円
村上牛焼肉セット・・1600円
村上牛大盛セット・・2300円
村上牛ビビンバ丼・・880円
カルビ丼・・980円
タン丼・・980円
と豊富なランチセットが並んでいます。
複数人のため、
村上牛焼肉セット、
村上牛ビビンバ丼
村上牛ハンバーグセット 等を注文します。
15分ほどで着丼。
村上牛の焼肉セットは真ん中ににある七輪で自分で焼くタイプです。
およそ5切。さしが入って美味しそうです。
タレもレモン、塩、胡椒、わさびなど、
リクエストがあれば出してくださるそうです。一般的にタレで食べます。
ビビンバ丼は見た感じも華やかで牛もしっかり入っており、
ごはんが美味しい。ごはんが美味しいと感じる店はなかなか少ないのですが、
このビビンバ丼は絶品でした。
村上ハンバーグも少し頂きました。こぶりなものが２つ入ります。
柔らかいのですが、肉汁が溢れ香りがいいですね。
オリジナルのデミグラスソースをかけて食べます。味噌汁、ポテトサラダ、キムチが付きます。
デミグラスがなくても味が染みていて、塩やわさび醤油でも美味しそうでした。
昼のランチは村上牛を全面に押していましたが、安くてそこそこのボリュームがありました。
若い男性衆の2オペでしたが、親切で立派でございました。
