On a night in Niigata, I decided to go for a luxurious meal of Murakami beef, a Niigata brand Yakiniku (Grilled meat), to build up some energy. It was one of the restaurants I had wanted to go to someday with my girlfriend from Niigata, whom I had broken up with. So, this time I was enjoying Yakiniku (Grilled meat) alone, on my own lol The restaurant is a few minutes' walk to the right from the Bandai exit of Niigata Station I entered just before 10pm on a Saturday night There were no other customers inside I took my shoes off at the entrance and was shown to a sunken kotatsu-style table The restaurant has a calm atmosphere befitting a high-end restaurant I ordered from a tablet I ordered: Premium Malt's ¥660 Set B ¥4500 Bean sprout namul ¥500 Beer and appetizers were brought to me in about 3 minutes... The alcohol came, which was nice, but... I didn't have any chopsticks ^^; I can't eat the appetizer lol I was 2 minutes late Chopsticks, tongs, sauce, and bean sprout namul were brought to me There were three types of sauce included, but no explanation Hmm, it's hard to tell just by looking lol (Ponzu sauce, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, and... miso sauce...?) The appetizer was stewed beef tendon With the delicious flavor of meat and just the right amount of seasoning, it was a dish that made me look forward to the meat to come The meat and Set B were brought to me 13 minutes after I ordered The contents of the set were A5 rank Murakami beef top loin/top ribs/horumon/liver. Vibrant meat that's almost a shame to grill. Quickly seared. The loin and ribs have a soft texture and the high-quality fat melts gently in your mouth♪ The liver is also lightly grilled. There is no unpleasant odor...or to put it another way, it has "no" taste lol. It's like you're just enjoying the soft, squishy texture. I don't really like liver, so that's my impression lol. But the tasteless and odorless taste disappears in your mouth, and it's pleasant to eat this♪ The horumon is also of such high quality...it's different from the horumon I know lol. Since the "top" is so amazing, let's rank it up even more. ・Extreme ribs ¥2950. I'm strangely curious about the "top" and "extreme" rankings of the warlords in the Sengoku online game that I played for many years with my ex-girlfriend mentioned above^^; But anyway, there was a sign on the wall saying "Himalayan rock salt available," so I asked them to bring it over while I was ordering a refill of my drink, and I ate it with the rock salt. The extreme is a lump of high-quality fat. It was so fatty that the extreme rib was already a drink lol It feels very rich, but I can't eat it with salt lol Too much of a good thing is bad...
