新潟の関谷にある一軒家喫茶
お店の入口は外階段を登った2階
さらに入口入ってから階段を登り店内に
天井も高く明るくて開放感があり
コーヒーの香りが満ちてて落ち着く空間
メニューにはコーヒーがずらっと
裏面にチャートがあるので、好みのものを選びやすい
私はコーヒーの酸味が苦手でコクのあるものが好きなので
チャート右下にある6番のルワンダのギブベルト、ジャラマ農園のものを
ほんとに酸味が全然なくてまろやかで美味しかった！
桃のコンポートのシフォンサンドと
自家製のプリンを頼みました
シフォンサンドは桃のコンポートの酸味が
生クリームとシフォンケーキの甘さと相性ばっちり
思ってるより軽く食べられる
プリンも程よい硬さでカラメルがうま〜
カフェと喫茶店の間のような素敵な喫茶でした
ご馳走様でした！
