食べログで調べて来店。
駐車スペースが2台分しかないため、近所の原信の駐車場に停めて5分ほど歩き来店。
常に満席に近いので、来店する前に電話して確認した方がいいかも知れない。開店率は低め。
民家のような外観だが店内は無垢材を用いた落ち着いた雰囲気。
小型の薪ストーブ(ペレットストーブ？)がある。夏より冬の方が雰囲気が出るお店なのだろう。
基本メニューは珈琲。産地や焙煎度合いによる味のマトリクス表があり、珈琲に詳しくない人にも選びやすいように配慮されている。
シフォンケーキが目玉メニューのようだ。季節ごとに中身の変わるシフォンサンドを注文。
5月はいちごのジャム？ソースがサンドされている。ジャムとコンポートを合わせたようなソースで、果物の形をそのまま維持したような見た目。こだわりを感じる。コンポート自体にも味がしっかりとついていて、美味しい。
派手な味ではないが1〜2人で来店して読書を楽しみながら時間を過ごすのに向いていそうだ。
BGMが小さく店内で会話する人もいないので、会話には不向き。
そしてこの雰囲気、やはり晩秋の雨が降っている日や冬に来るのがよさそうだ。
