へぎそばは、マイルドなお味でくせがない。
布海苔といりこ出汁が苦手な方には食べやすいと思われる。
天ぷらは美味しい。
新潟の野菜ときのこの素材の品質が高いからだろう。
へぎそばと言えば、先代の小島屋総本店の味が忘れられない。
日本そばとは、明らかに異なる味だった。
やはり、へぎそばの薬味はアサツキとカラシにかぎる。
