2019/6/8 今日は降ったり止んだりで少し肌寒い。『こんな日は坦々・・・、いや、台湾まぜそばかな？そうだ、勝鬨屋に行こう！』ということで、やってまいりました。豊栄駅南口からすぐ、『勝鬨屋』さんへ。ここは駐車場がないので、提携のコインパーキングへ停める。
土曜の13時過ぎ、店内は8分の入りといったところか。幸い待ちは無くカウンター席に通される。
当初の予定通り『台湾まぜそば』を頼んだ。
麺は中太麺、ストレートではなく、軽く縮れている。具はニラ、小葱、玉葱、刻みニンニク、海苔、ミンチと刻んだ唐辛子、卵黄、そして粉が2種類。『種類の違う魚粉かなぁ？』と思い少量舐めてみる。色の濃い方からは確かに魚の香りがするが、白っぽい方は味が無い。『？』、『舌触りも粉というより何かの殻のような・・・』。後で聞いたら『ゴマ』らしい。いくら『魚粉』と思い込んでいたとはいえ、『ゴマ』が分からないって・・・チョット恥ずかしかった。
レンゲと箸で豪快に混ぜて食べる。思いのほか辛くない。激辛は得意ではないので、丁度いい。酢とラー油を大量に回しかけてもうひと口。『美味い！』。そのまま一気に食べ進め、無料の『追い飯』を注文。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
