新潟県新潟市北区白新町。
前から来たかったお店なのですが、提携駐車場がどこなのか分からず来ていませんでした。
お店の前まで来てみたら、矢印と提携駐車場の名前が書いてあり、二ヶ所あるうちのフレンドパークに駐車しました。
『ちょこざいや』という居酒屋の提携駐車場なので、それを目印にすると分かりやすいかも。
席はカウンターとテーブル席だったかな。
台湾まぜそばが人気みたいですが、中華そば(690円)をいただきました。
チャーシューは薄切りのが五枚載っていました。
細切りのメンマとナルト、長葱もトッピングされています。
麺は細目の縮れ麺。
スープは煮干しベースでくせがなくアッサリ、魚介風味の香味油が浮いています。
どこか懐かしい感じの中華そばで美味しい。
