＊使った金額は、アルコールを入れた一人あたり金額です。
超久々に家族揃ってコース料理。新潟市の中心部、NEXT21の18階にあるお店です。19階も同じ経営ですが、そちらはどこかの団体のパーティーの真っ最中。対して、こちらは私たち一組だけでした。
料理が運ばれてくる間隔がゆっくりしていて、18時半に入店してから会計が終わって出たのが21時ちょっと前。食べ進めるうちに夜の帳が下り、約2時間半、夜景を楽しみながらゆっくりとディナーをいただきました。
料理は、予約時にエビ・カニアレルギーであることを告げていたので、私だけ一部別メニューでした。
【八寸、前菜】サーモンマリネ、川上豆腐の燻製、メキシカンパイ、カンパリオレンジセリー、帆立貝のオイル漬、越の鶏の燻製、ドライフルーツとブリニ

【魚】天然真鯛のパン粉焼き 夏野菜添え バルサミコソース（別メニュー）
【肉】新潟県産牛”あがの姫牛”のクレピット包み トリュフの香り

どれも、素材の良さと調理の上手さが伝わり、お腹いっぱい堪能しました。特に、”あがの姫牛”のパテをクレピットで包んで焼いた料理は、素材の牛肉の濃厚な美味さにしびれました。
ただ、ギクシャク感を感じる給仕（新人かな？）、ワインリストにあるワインが無かったことなど残念な面も。
