初のランチタイム。
日航ホテルで働いていた方が独立して始められたらしく、味はどれも美味しい。
ランチは1種類しかなくて、前菜に生ハムの新鮮サラダ
とてもシャキシャキとして新鮮さが伝わってくる。
ちゃんと野菜本来の甘みもクセも口の中に広がり
ドレッシングも少なめにされてて、野菜と生ハム本来の美味しさが伝わってくる。
スープとして、キャベツや根菜のブイヨンスープとフランスパン、野菜の甘みが美味しい。
パスタは5種類程から選べて、シラスのペペロンチーノをチョイス。
シラスが柔らかくて生の唐辛子なのか？
辛味もほんのりのしてて美味しい。
生パスタなのが、喉越し良くてモチモチパスタが歯触り最高です。
ドリンクもついてきて7種類程から選べて、追加すればドルチェもつけれる。
お腹入らないのでドルチェは入れなかったが、とても満足出来るランチでした。
また、訪問させて頂きますね。

Make a dinner reservation. They did an event once in a while, and this time I made a reservation for rib Steak, pasta and wine, so in a few minutes I had salad, Steak, garlic fusa rice, and then arrived. Juicy Steak are rare and insanely delicious. It's pretty tough and the others are delicious, so it's recommended for casualness. Is it handmade pasta? It was chewy with fresh pasta and the sauce was delicious.
