昨年の８月
【ななひら】で「中華そば」を食べた後は
Ｒ１１６号バイパス亀貝ＩＣを降りたところにある
【だるまや亀貝店】へ
１人で来たのでカウンター席に案内され
オーダーしたのは「だるまラーメン」６８０円と
「チャーハンセット」２２０円
時間差ですが、それ程待たずに
「だるまラーメン」と
「チャーハンセット」の半チャーハンが運ばれて来ました！
「だるまラーメン」は背脂入りのやや豚骨醤油
スープの表面には透明のラードがやや多めに浮かんでいて
箸で麺を持ち上げるまで湯気は立ちません
麺はふつうのちぢれ、茹では気持ち硬め
トッピングは肩ロースチャーシュー２枚
ボイルしたシャキシャキのモヤシと海苔に青ネギ
チャーハンも程よい味付けでべた付く事なく
ラーメンのと相性も抜群で
カウンターには「紅生姜」も用意されていましたので
途中からは「紅生姜」も加えて味変をして楽しみました！
