こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市西区にある、たるまや亀貝店に行ってきました。
だるまやは、だるまやグループが運営しているラーメン店で亀貝以外にも亀田、竹尾、女池、新津、上越高田、長岡、新潟駅前等数店舗あります。また、たるまやグループはだるまや以外にもふじのやチャーシューや武蔵等いろいろなラーメン店を経営しています。
メニューはラーメンが主で醤油、味噌、それからチャーハン等があります。
今回はだるまラーメンとチャーハンを注文しました。
だるまラーメンは醤油ベースで魚介とんこつ味で背脂も結構入ってます。煮干の風味が結構強かったです。とんこつでもあり、濃厚な味でした。
麺は中太麺でスープとまあまあ合ってました。
モヤシが入っていたのですが茹でただけで、私はちょっと好みではなかったです。
チャーハンはいい味でしたが、もう少し油ぽさが少ないと良かったと思います。
