新潟市で人気のある焼鳥屋さん
前回フラっと立ち寄りましたが
満席だったので
今回は予約しての訪問です。
お通しは
枝豆とかきのもと
と新潟らしい品です。
おまかせみたいなコースもありましたが
全品単品で注文しました。
ささみ

自家製レバーペースト
を注文しました。
ささみ
半生で薬味をそれぞれの肉にのせてあり
ぼん
皮めはカリっと肉はプリっと
など
全体的に
焼き方は良いように感じましたが
ちょっと肉の旨味が少ないように感じました。
後半続けて2品程品切れがあり
こころをおすすめされました。
このこころが当たりでした。
ちょっとせせりに似た食感で
旨味が濃く
抜群に美味しいでした。
追加で注文すると
2本目は
和歌山の山椒で
この山椒がまた良く
肉の美味しさを引き立たせてました。
さすが和歌山の山椒です。
けっこう飲みましたが
焼鳥なのでわりとリーズナブルに
感じました。
旨味が少なく感じたといっても
味は満足できるレベルだと思います。
