ハンバーグはもちろん◎で、前菜も◎
値段が1500円とメニューを見ると相応です。
が、お料理はとても美味しい！！
まず、大根のスープ
コーンポタージュでもなく、かぼちゃスープでもなく大根！！！ 食べたことないんですけど、大根！でもまろやかで大根の風味が残っててほっこり
次にサラダ
ポテトサラダと人参のマリネでした。スープでほっこりした後にさっぱり系が来てメリハリがありました。
最後にメイン！
ハンバーグとカニクリームコロッケ！
厨房一人で気持ち時間かかったかなと思っていたんですけど、運ばれてくると！！
皿いっぱいに広がったデミグラスソースの上に大きなハンバーグ！そしてさらにケチャップの上にカニクリームコロッケ！ケチャップが市販の塩気あるものではなくトマトから手作りした感じで美味しかったです！デミグラスソースは最後の最後まで食べたくなる味でした。メインのハンバーグは割ろうとすると肉汁がたくさん出てきて、デミグラスソースにジュワーっと流れ出て行きました✨
全体的にはボリュームあったなという感じなんですけど、食べ終わってもスッキリでした！そして全部手作りの味でした！
メニューがハンバーグ以外にもあったのでまた来たいな
