いつも利用しているクリーニング店の同じ建物内のこちらのお店があり、
ずっと気になってましたが、訪れるタイミングが今までなかったので、
今回冬物を出すついでに休日のランチで利用しました。
ランチBは、ドリンク、前菜、メイン、パンとデザートがついて1500円くらい(税抜き)
と、フレンチなのに、ブラッスリーならではのとっても良心的なお値段です。
前菜はサラダと、夏野菜のムース、キッシュ、
ピスタチオの入ったシャルキュトリーがワンプレートになってます。
これだけでオサレ～。
つけあわせのパンは天然酵母を使っているふわっふわでアツアツのパン。
おかわりができます。もちろんおかわりしました。
メインは肉か魚、パスタが選べます。
店の豚ちゃんのイラストから、よほど豚料理に自信があると思い、肉料理の
豚とキャベツの煮込みをチョイス。
柔らかく煮込まれた豚肉がトロットロ。脂身の部分は程よく油が抜けて、
さっぱりいただけました。同じく柔らかく煮込まれた、それでいて煮込まれすぎに
野菜のうまみが残っているキャベツなどの野菜とともに、
粒マスタードをつけて食べるとさらにおいしかったです。
デザートのオレンジショコラケーキとアイスクリームで口の中がさっぱり。
程よい満腹感で、満足いたしました。
