ぐわらん洞さんは初めて伺いました。結構な頻度で店の前を通るのですが、今まで古物商さんか何かの店だと思い込んでいました。たまたま食べログで近くの店を検索してラーメン屋さんだと知りました。今日の昼通りかかったら店の前の駐車場がガラ空きだったので入りました。
肉そばを頼み待つこと10分くらいで提供されました。見た目澄んだスープが美しいです。結構厚めのチャーシューがいっぱい乗っています。麺はかなり細いですね、食べてみるとあっさりしていて好きなタイプのラーメンです。具材も全て美味しくまた来たいなと思いました。
