週末に予約して連れと二人で伺いました。
入店した時点でほぼ満席の店内は、カウンタ含めて
概ね8割方が少人数の女性のグループのお客様と
お見受けしました。
居酒屋の場合、これはリーズナブルに美味しいものに
ありつける期待が持てる兆候です(^^♪
折角なので新潟のお酒を燗でお願いして、まずは
お通し。青菜のお浸しと青さ海苔の入った玉子焼き。
うん。睨んだ通り良い感じですｗ
ということで、続いて以下のものをいただきました。
● 有機野菜サラダ
● 刺し盛
● 牛煮込み
● ホタルイカと菜花の酢味噌添え
お酒は鶴の友、至、菅名岳です。
料理はいずれも、斜め上をいくボリューム感と味。
特に刺身は大満足でした。
どうやら気風の良さそうな女性が店長さんの様子で、
若い女性店員さんたちも、みなさん目配りがよく
しっかりされていて気持ちよかったです。
