The stewed beef is replenished every day for the 3556th day?! I was drawn to this restaurant by the words, and it was exactly as the name suggests, with a deep flavor that comes from being stewed for a long time, a taste that is hard to find. There was also marinated mackerel, which was grilled right in front of us, and it was very delicious with plenty of fat. The menu said, "It will take some time today due to a shortage of staff," but it was not at all fast. There were only two staff members, one to cook and one to serve, but they were managing a full restaurant. They are very efficient...amazing✨✨ Furthermore, when they saw that we were eating together, they divided the crab into two pieces so that it would be easier to eat. It was thoughtful and delicious.
