東区のショッピングセンター、フレスポ赤道の中にある店です。
メニューは肉・魚を中人にしたセットメニューが約1400円で、スパゲッティかピザのセットメニューが約1100円というちょっと高めの価格設定。
しかし、セットメニューにはメイン料理の他にサラダとドリンク（珈琲か紅茶）とパンがついてきて、しかもパンはおかわり自由なので、その点を考慮するとこの価格でも納得いきます。
セットメニュー類はランチだけではなくディナーでも頼めるようなので、夜に食べに行くのならコスパは高くなるのかもしれませんね。
ネットで事前に下調べした際にメニュー表に書いてあった「仔羊やわらか3時間ロースト」のセットが食べたかったのですが、こちらのメニューは販売終了してしまったとのことだったので、代わりにマルゲリータピザを注文しました。
まずはサラダとパンが運ばれてきて、その後に程なくしてピザが運ばれてきました。
パンはおかわり自由ですがジャムもマーガリンも無いので、味がないパンを何個もおかわりするのはちょっとキツイかと…
パンのおかわりは一個が精一杯でした。
ピザはトマトの酸味がよく効いていて、チーズのとろける感じとよく合っていて良かったのですが、生地が厚くて固めだったのが残念でした。
まるでパンのような生地の厚さ。それなのにモチモチ感に乏しいので、まるでせんべいを食べているかのような食感がありました。
せっかくソースが美味しいのですから、それに合わせた生地の方が良かったですね。
厚いパンクラスト生地にするのであればモチモチ感が欲しいです。（個人的には薄いクリスピー生地の方が好きなのですが…）
せっかくのトマトの新鮮さが活かしきれていないですね。
