こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市江南区にある、インド料理レストランMayaaというお店に行ってきました。
このお店文字通りインド料理のお店で、主にカレーがメインでその他インド料理やハンバーガーなどのメニューもあります。
今回はシーフードベーガンカレーとシークカバブを注文しました。
また、カレーとは別にナンかライスを注文するのですがライスにしました。
シーフードベーガンカレーは茄子とシーフードのドライカレーみたいな感じものでした。
あまり汁気がなくて、シーフードは海老、イカ、アサリ等が入っていました。
辛さは選択できるのですが、一番辛くないマイルドを注文しました。
スパイスが効いていて美味しいカレーでした。
ライスは日本のライスとインドパスマティーライスが選べ、インドのお米を注文しました。
粒が細長くてパサパサしていました。味は甘みもあり美味しかったです。
最後にシークカバブはひき肉を棒状にして焼いた物です。子羊と鶏の合い挽き肉を使っていました。日本で言えばつくねみたいな感じでした。スパイスが効いていて美味しかったです。
ちょっと値段は高いのですが本格的なインドカレーを食べられると思います。
