こんにちは亀治です。新潟県新潟市西区にある、新星堂と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は和菓子のお店です。
お饅頭やどら焼き、焼菓子等が販売されています。
今回はこだわりのプリンとどら焼きを購入しました。
こだわりのプリンは黒蜜をかけて頂きます。プリンは甘さ控え目で黒蜜で甘さが調節できます。美味しかったです。さらにプリンの下に小豆が入ってました。これは珍しい和風のプリンでした。
どら焼きは生地に醤油が入っているそうで甘じょっぱい印象でした。中身は粒あんで、これは結構甘かったです。生地が甘じょっぱいので良いバランスだと思います。美味しかったです。
他にも魅力的なお菓子田沢山販売されていました。
