こんばんは亀治です。今日はお休みで、綺麗な景色を見ながらお菓子でも食べてみようと思いました。そこで、新潟県新潟市秋葉区にある、ラ・バティスリー・ムラカミというケーキ屋さんにお邪魔しました。
このお店の前はよく通る道で前から気になってました。
基本ケーキ屋さんで、ケーキ以外にも焼菓子なども売ってます。
今日はレモンケーキとシュークリームを購入しました。
レモンケーキはレモンピールが入っているらしく、しっとりとして美味しかったです。
似たようなお菓子はスーパーなどに売ってますが、やはり、お菓子の専門の方が作ると美味しいです。
シュークリームは生地が厚くて固めでした。中身はカスタードクリームで甘さ控え目で美味しかったです。
日本海を見ながら頂きました。
