久しぶりに来店。
ラーチャンを注文。
スープの味が以前より整った様な気がした。
美味しかったです。ラーメンはスガキヤのラーメンと出汁の傾向が同じなのかな。懐かしい味のラーメンとパラっとした福山の中華屋のチャーハンを思い出しました。
本家楽久さん、元祖味みつさん、直系太陽さん、そして傍系のラーチャン家さん。味みつさんを除いて全て制覇。

山村と。冷やしラーメンとチャーハンのセット。チャーハンは相変わらず美味しいが、冷やしラーメンが美味しくなかった。少し酸味がある。チャーシューもイマイチ。普通のが良いかな。次はタンメンかな
