□5月11日 初訪問
バスセンターに出来ていたのは知っていましたが、タイミングよくコチラに訪問致しました。
店内は広くコの字カウンターには先客9割で一人よりお二人連れと女性比率の多さは意外でした。
☆ラーメン半チャーハン (880円)
ラーメンは煮干し系透明スープに細縮れ麺で軟め、チャーシューは柔らかく口に入れると溶けます。ポーションも丁度良いです。
チャーハンはお米の質と炊き方の妙、細切れチャーシューとバランスが整った全体の味付けは絶妙で、何よりお米の質の高さと調理は店名に"チャン"が入って当然だと思います。
店名、勝手ながら"チャーラー家"の方が私的にはしっくりとくるような、そんな美味しいチャーハンです。
