新潟はラーメンとチャーハンの事をラーチャンと呼ぶらしい。それを踏まえて店名にしたラーチャン屋。新潟市ではときおりみつける地元密着型チェーン店です。いざ入店。ラーメンの種類もなかなからあります。それに半チャーハンを付ける感じかな。せっかくなので三条系ラーメンと思いましたが、たまには、タンメン。味の濃い薄いが変えられるらしいので、当然の濃いめ。からの着丼。タンメン美味しい。夏バテのたりない塩分を取り返してくれます。ちょい遅れてチャーハン。こいつも美味しいです。なんだろラーチャンの絶妙なバランス。通はラーメンスープをちょっとチャーハンにかけたりしているようだ。チェーン店だから当たり障りが、ない。と勝手に思っていた。愚かな自分に反省します。また行こ。
