2021年11月5日 出張に併せて往訪。 仕事が早々と終わったので、お昼に続いてバーガーで早い夕食。 1階のオープンキッチンで注文して、お勘定を済ませて、2階のダイニングで待つ方式。 古民家をリノベした感じのお店なのだけれど、ややtoo oldな感じもする。 ハンバーガーとコーラセットを注文。 ついつい注文し過ぎてしまう。 出て来たバーガーはやや小振り。ただし、具材はオニオン、トマト、レタス、パティと不足は無し。 バンズがヨーロッパのパン風で、やや弾力と歯応えがある。この食感は初めて。それから、オニオンは少しだけ酢漬け風。・・・・よく見ると、あちらこちらにトンガリが見える。 これはこれでオサレ。、、、なのかも。 それにしても、お腹一杯になっちゃった。
