新潟市西区『焼肉処 いっとう』さんです。
国際情報大学の近く
西区みずき野にある人気の焼肉店です。
ずっと前から行こうと思っていましたが、なかなか機会がなく今回やっと訪問できました。
久しぶりの焼肉なので、朝から腹を空かせて行きましたよ。
店内はモダンな雰囲気で落ち着きがありますね
注文はタブレット端末から行います。
今回、私がいただいたのは
「和牛カルビ＋豚バラランチ」¥1180
（肉･ご飯大盛り＋¥380)
「鶏ハラミ」¥500

おお、良い肉だ。
カルビは程よく霜降りで鮮度も良く、一見して良質な肉であることがわかります。
ジューー。
肉の焼ける音と匂いはたまらないですね〜
タレはお店オリジナルだとか
甘みと辛みが絶妙で肉の旨味を倍増してくれます。
これは旨い！
これは人気のランチなのが頷けます。
今回はランチでいただきましたが、ディナータイムでいろいろな肉も食べてみたいですね。
