こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市西区にある、焼肉処いっとうと言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は焼肉屋さんです。
メニューはランチの他、牛焼、ホルモン焼、ソーセージ焼、豚鶏焼、海鮮焼等があります。
今回はランチメニューのカルビランチを注文しました。
タッチパネルでの注文でした。個人的にタッチパネルはあまり好きではないです。一々タッチしなければならないので、全てのメニューを見るのに時間と手間がかかるからです。
カルビランチはご飯大盛を選択しました。
カルビは6枚でした。自分で焼きます。さらに、玉ねぎと人参が付いてました。
カルビはちょっと焼いたのと、軽く焼いたのと、しっかり焼いたのと試してみました。
やはり軽く焼いたのが一番おいしかったです。柔らかくて肉の旨みもあり美味しかったです。
サラダと味噌汁が付きます。
美味しい焼肉でした。
