佐渡の回転寿司屋一軒から始まって，今では新潟県内に回転系複数店舗，果ては銀座に回らない寿司屋，神田に寿司バルを持つまでに拡大した弁慶．コロナ騒ぎで銀座のお店が休業中で，銀座店の大将山崎さんが古町店に出ておられると聞いて訪ねてみた．
予約の電話で寿司と料理のコースは8000円と12000円だと言われて8000円コースを選んだ．お店はカウンターと，テーブル席は全部個室になっており接待向き．どれも美味しかったが，のどぐろを炙った握りは衝撃的で昇天しそうだった．
