新潟市中央区古町通9番町の裏路地にひっそりと佇む「鮨 弁慶 海 古町店」さん。
お馴染みの弁慶さんの高級路線なお店。
しかしながら夜のコースは意外とリーズナブル。
とはいえ、そうそう行けるもんじゃない。汗
なので今回はリーズナブルに体験できるランチで初訪してみた。
特選にぎりランチ 3850円税込
前菜からスタートして握りは全10品。
締めくくりは巻物、玉子、デザート。

一品一品提供されるので所要時間は約45分ほど。時間に余裕がある時にオススメしたい。
大半は佐渡産の魚介類。どれも素晴らしい包丁さばきでとにかく絶品‼︎個人的にあまり得意ではない干瓢巻きの味付けが、甘味を抑えた大人味の干瓢で少し好きになれた。笑
落ち着いた空間でいただくランチは正直安すぎるほど。もっと早く訪問していれば…と反省。
また必ず訪問したい‼︎
