日曜のランチで利用させていただきました。
米、野菜直売所「そら野テラス」に隣接した農家レストラン。
注文したのは魚のランチ1,210円。
メニューの写真を撮り忘れたので料理名が分からず。
メインは秋鮭を海苔のソースでいただく料理。
海苔のソースが絶品です！出汁に海苔を溶かしてとろみをつけたものだと思いますがこれは旨い！！
お米が美味しいのは言うまでもありませんが自家製赤味噌を使った味噌汁がとっても美味しい！香りが良くてこくもあり具材がなくても出汁と味噌だけで十分料理として成立します。
ちなみに使用している味噌は隣の直売所で購入可能です。
レベルの高い農家レストランでした。
